Secret Recipe

Secret Recipe used to be a favorite haunt of mine, but I have been visiting less often now. It's partly because there are lesser outlets and party because the quality of the food has been on the decline. 

The Fish & Chips are alright, but the fillets are a little too oily for my liking.

Their Irish Lamb Stew is probably the only reason I am still going back, because it is really difficult to find a replacement for this in Singapore, but the quality is not there anymore. I was once given a plate of Irish Lamb Stew which was only half warm, and there was this thin layer of film-like thing that only forms when it has been out in the open for hours.
